    Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in East Colorado Springs, Colorado Springs, CO.
    Our experience with Susan has been exceptional. This is the 3rd house we have bought in town over the past 15 years and Susie is the best realtor we have used! I wirte and manage contracts for a living and working with Susie exceeded my expectiations. Thanks to Susie's perseverance and personal knowledge of the houses on the market, we were able to catch we we consider the "deal of the decade".that we would never have found without Susie's expertise.

    We have been looking for a very unique home and Susie has stuck with us for over a year as we trapsed through home after home. After finally finding what we were looking for (no easy feat!), it looked like the deal was going to fall through at the last minute because of a disagreement on contract requirements. Susie swiftly brought her broker into the situation - ON SUPER BOWL SUNDAY, NO LESS! - and the situation was resolved within hours.

    You can say that I have literally been involved in the real estate
    profession since childhood when I would file my dad's listings
    each week in the file box, go with him when he listed, and knock
    on the walls to make sure they were lath and plaster and not that
    new-fangled dry wall.

    I became a realtor in California in 1976 and then moved here in
    1984. My husband and I built a Lodge Log home and opened up
    the AAA-3 Diamond Black Forest Bed and Breakfast in
    1990. In 1986 I became a Colorado broker with the Rawhide
    Company, REALTORS.

    I bring a lot of life experience with me from buying land, to
    building your own home, to owning and operating a business
    when I take you out to find the property that you are looking for.
