    Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $550K in Issaquah, WA.
    Reid recently helped my wife and I buy a house in Issaquah. One month after closing, we are very happy with our purchase. I think it's fair to say that without Reid's help we would still be floundering out there looking for the right place. When we started our house search I wasn't even sure that we needed a buyer's agent. Looking back now, it's a no-brainer -- first-timers (like us) in particular need someone like Reid on their side to help navigate the complicated process of finding, making an offer, and closing on a house. Reid was always very responsive to our questions. He did not rush us into purchasing something we were not 100% happy with, but instead waited until the right house came up and then moved fast to help get us "in the door". We also relied a lot on Reid's advice in assessing the renovation possibilities and needs on a house, as Reid has expertise in this area also.     Susan Edwards has lived in the Renton area since 1987. She has been a full-time real estate broker since 1995 and has been a Managing Broker for most of those years. Reid D. Roberts has lived in the Renton area all of his life. Reid, an Associate Broker, joined Susan's real estate practice in 2009.
