I received my undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville and MBA with a concentration in Marketing from DePaul University in Chicago.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $225K in Pittsburgh, PA.

I took almost 8 months to decide on our first home and Susanne has been very helpful in showing all the listing I have asked. She took all responsibility finding in-out of each listing and provided suggesstion. I would highly recommend her.

Bought a home in 2013.

Our experience with Susanne Wagner has been exceptional. She not only understood our taste, but also exhibited a lot of patience till we finally found our dream house. She was never forceful. Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Gibsonia, PA.

We worked with Susanne to both buy a home and then sell our home. It was a FANTASTIC experience.

You are doing yourself a disservice if you work with anyone else. She is that good.

-Takes the time to learn your needs We searched for a home for over 6 months (we had very specific criteria and are kinda picky) and she was never pushy, always took out input into consideration, and worked hard to find listings that fit what we wanted in a home. Unlike some Realtors she hand picked homes to show us rather then just sending auto generated computer lists.

-ALWAYS available I sent her an email through to set up our first appointment, 9:30pm, and she called me 6 minutes later to chat. Over the time we worked together I would say perhaps 90% of the time she made us feel that we were her only client. She would work nights, weekends, mornings, when ever it took to get us what we needed.

-A great negotiator In both buy and selling she was there to provide advice, guidance, and sound real estate practices. She follows all the guidelines, knows them inside and out, yet still does what it takes to get the best deal. I could not be happier with how our purchase and sale went, I feel like we made out well on both sides of the equation.

-Professional If I had to use one word to sum her up it would be this. She is not your typical Realtor (which in my experience sometimes are sometimes flaky). This is her career and she takes it very serious. While always friendly nice to speak with, she does keep a professional presence which is very comforting when dealing with something as important as real estate.

-Treats you like a friend In my opinion you can be professional AND treat your clients like friends. And she does this. She clearly cares about you as a person and wants to hep you find the home that's right for you. It goes farther then hand written thank you notes, I really feel that she became friends with our family over the past few months. That builds a huge amount of trust when working through the in's and out's of buying and selling.

If you have the chance to work with Susanne, go for it. She will not let you down.
