Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Pittsburgh, PA.
It was our first time to buy a house. Susanne Wagner guided us through each and every step; from house tours till the closing deal. She handled every step with great responsibility and patience. Bought a home in 2011.
Susanne was absolutely wonderful to work with. This was our first time buying a home, and she walked us through every step. She went above and beyond what we expected. She was available to answer questions whenever we needed her, and she was very accomodating to meet with. Since we both worked during the day, she was willing to meet with us at night at times that worked best with us. Susanne laid out a timeline for us and made sure that we met all of our deadlines. The entire house purchasing process was stress-free and fun. We most definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home!

I was very happy with having Susanne as my real estate agent. She is not one of those high pressure agents that is on your back to make offers on properties.
