Summary:

Suzy was able to give us a lot of local knowledge relevant to our living situation. She was also very responsive, and willing to look at a LOT of houses with us. When we finally found a house we wanted to put an offer on, Suzy wasted no time getting the offer together and submitting it. Because we had VA backed financing, the mortgagor needed almost an excessive amount of documentation, but Suzy was able to provide it quickly and with no complaint. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150k in Oakwood, Knoxville, TN.

Summary:

First time home buyers. Suzy walked us through the whole process. She only brought houses to us if they matched our search criteria. When we first found the home that we bought, it already had a contract on it. However, Suzy kept watching it , and when the buyers contract fell through, she contacted us. I have lived in Memphis, Nashville and even Germany, but have chosen to call Knoxville home since 1991. An alumnus of the University of Tennessee,I studied at Bonn University and taught English in Stuttgart, Germany before returning to Knoxville to earn my Masters and teach German and English on this side of the pond. Raised in a family of real estate agents, brokers and developers, real estate was a natural career transition for me and I bring my family's many years of experience with me when working with clients.
