Suzy was wonderful to work with. I had a special situation where I wasn't in the Knoxville area and still needed to sell my home and get the process started for buying a new one. Suzy made the process as streamlined as possible. She's the most tech savvy agent I've met, so if you prefer to do your paperwork digitally, she's got you covered.
As a seller's agent, she made sure my house got plenty of visibility and found a buyer surprisingly quickly given the market. Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Unnamed Neighborhood, Knoxville, TN.Summary:
Suzy helped us sell our townhouse and purchase a new single-family home in west Knoxville. We tried for months to sell FSBO, and when we finally decided to list, our townhouse was only on the market for 16 days before we accepted an offer!
She helped us know how to price our townhouse correctly for the market. I thought we should have listed it lower, but her wisdom won out, and we sold the townhouse quickly for a fair price.
Suzy also made the process painless by quickly responding to any questions we had, and by helping us address any concerns our buyer had.
When looking at houses to buy, we had a list of houses we wanted to see, and she offered good insights/historical knowledge of specific houses as well as neighborhoods that helped us immediately remove several of our "maybes" from the list. This helped us narrow our list and zero in on the few real contenders.
