I worked with Brett to bid on an REO in a super competitive market. Brett was able to guess at the lowest winning bid price range would be accurately. Despite having to compete with 12 other offers, I still got the house. Brett also was able to bargain down the price a bit before COE. It was a feat in such sellers' market.

I recently bought a home from Todd Hill and SV Homes in Capitola. There were a few things that needed attention and Tom Doty did an exemplary job addressing all of them. I have called him on weekend mornings and in the evening, and he picks up every single time and most importantly, remedies the issue.
I cannot recommend him and SV Homes highly enough. Responsive, professional, efficient; an absolute pleasure to work with.

I have bought 2 homes and sold 1 via the Silicon Valley Home Team and can't say enough great things about them. I consider them my housing partner. On my last home purchase, they got me access and closed the deal before the home was "officially" on the market. There were multiple offers and Todd made sure that we the chosen party to negotiate with. They then went to work selling my existing home at the time and we ended up getting 100% of our asking price! I will likely buy and sell again in Los Gatos and i look forward to working with them again.
