Please allow me to introduce my self, my name is Jessica Marzulla. I'm a Realtor with Cape Realty Inc. located in Cape Coral Fl.

I have lived in beautiful south west Florida since 1997 and have been here through the ups and downs. I'm a German American Realtor with experience and a love for my occupation.

Real Estate has been my first choice. It's been a ruff year so far but with the devotion to my job I decided to stick it out.

I came to Florida from Havelberg (www.havelberg.de) a small town in Germany. I went to high school in Port Charlotte, what made it easy for me to learn the language.

After high school I attended the school of Small Business Management and received my Diploma in Small Business Management a year later.

Shortly after that I started working at a Real Estate office as an Office Manager and learned about today's market and how the crazy world in Real Estate worked.

I decided to go for my Realtors License and went to the Ed Klopfer Real Estate School. I started to really get into the business during the worst time possible. The market was slow and a lot of Realtors who got into the business when the market was booming, lost interest and moved on to new things. I felt that this would be the perfect time to start learning. It would give me time to get used to how things are done and really learn about the process of buying and selling real estate.

Cape Coral is a little paradise in between larger cities with quiet a few things to offer. House prices range from 50k to well over a Million and more. We have something for every one. A few times a year we have festivals that bring the community together. Cape Coral closes of parts of the street and celebrates with the young and old. One of my favorite things that our town does is the Parks it creates. They put a lot of thought and effort in making them as beautiful as possible. We have large marinas that draw in Yachts from all over. The deep waters offer large Yacht boating and great fishing. Bird watching is also on the list for many.

We even have our own water park!! Sunsplash is open for most of the year. It has water slides and a lazy river, something fun for the whole family.
