Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Kathleen, GA.
After many, many showings over a 4 month period, which Tammy was always willing to work around my husband schedule, we finally decided on a property which turned out to be a short sale. Tammy was very helpful in the long drawn out process, 7 months. She was always there with a quick response to any question. If she didn’t know the answer she would always find out and get back with us promptly. Always returned calls quickly. I do not think we would have stuck with the property during the many trials we had with the mortgage company if it hadn't been for Tammy. Which we are very glad we did we love the property. Mrs. Brown was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. My experience with her was the best I have ever had with a realtor. She was very considerate of my time and her skill in putting together great selections of homes to view was impressive. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Tammy has made my dream of owning a home come true. As a first time homebuyer I had no idea what to expect and was very nervous. From the first time I met Tammy she treated me just like family and made me feel very relaxed. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, that the unknown and scary process became a wonderful experience. It was more then I could have ever asked for.
