Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Kathleen, GA.
After many, many showings over a 4 month period, which Tammy was always willing to work around my husband schedule, we finally decided on a property which turned out to be a short sale. Tammy was very helpful in the long drawn out process, 7 months. She was always there with a quick response to any question. If she didn’t know the answer she would always find out and get back with us promptly. Always returned calls quickly. I do not think we would have stuck with the property during the many trials we had with the mortgage company if it hadn't been for Tammy. Which we are very glad we did we love the property. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Showed home in 2012 in Warner Robins, GA.
Mrs. Brown was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. My experience with her was the best I have ever had with a realtor. She was very considerate of my time and her skill in putting together great selections of homes to view was impressive. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 in Warner Robins, GA.
Tammy has made my dream of owning a home come true. As a first time homebuyer I had no idea what to expect and was very nervous. From the first time I met Tammy she treated me just like family and made me feel very relaxed. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, that the unknown and scary process became a wonderful experience. It was more then I could have ever asked for. After just a few showings she knew exactly what I was looking for and led me right to my dream home. I wish I could bring her with me and be my Realtor for life.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Warner Robins, GA.
Tammy was absolutely wonderful, helpful and went out of her way to assist us in finding the perfect home for including neighborhood and schools. We told her what we were looking for and she was on it from that point until we found the home we wanted. She was always very fast in responding to any and all of our inquiries, questions, and concerns. We couldn't have trusted her more in helping us find the perfect home. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is doing home searching. She is outstanding as a realator and goes beyond the expectations doing her job.

Sold a home in 2012.
Tammy was very proactive throughout the process of selling our house. She used comparables to price our home competitively. We had plenty of showings and open houses. Tammy sent us updates and reports regularly and was always available when we had questions.
We definitely recommend Tammy's services and would gladly work with her again.
