Last spring, my wife received a job offer in Oklahoma City. We were moving to Oklahoma from another state, and we had about three weeks to find a place to live before her position started. Originally, we were planning to rent a house. However, just prior to flying out to find a rental, the Moore tornado tragedy took place. Understandably, the demand for rentals quickly reduced the inventory of rentals in the area and drove rental prices up. As a result, a couple days before flying out, we made the decision to buy a house. Since we didn't know the Oklahoma City area or the local market, we knew we needed a great agent to help guide us to listings that fit our preferences.
After seeing the reviews of The Allen Group online, I contacted Chris Allen to see if he might be available to show us some listings over the next few days. He agreed and within a couple hours of getting some info on our preferences, he was sending us listings to check out online. Over the next day, he was able to craft a solid list of options for us to check out based on our feedback. He and his team worked quickly over the weekend to schedule viewings at the homes, and he worked to rearrange his busy schedule to give us an introductory tour the OKC area. Understandably, he had a couple appointments he wasn't able to reschedule, but he arranged for Anya from The Allen Group to continue showing us properties during those times. Like Chris, we found Anya to be incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and eager to help with our last-minute search.
By the end of the second day, we had found a great house in a wonderful community near my wife's work. We placed the offer prior to flying out, and Chris continued to work hard to oversee the inspection, negotiations, and document needs in preparation for the quick closing. He did an excellent job negotiating the price and concessions with the seller, and we successfully closed on time.
Overall, we couldn't have asked for more from Chris and his team at The Allen Group! Even with the last minute notice of our trip out, the three day window to find a house, and our quick closing needs, he made it his goal to make sure we got the perfect place at a great price. We would recommend Chris and The Allen Group to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

The Allen Group was very easy to work with and I would definitely use them again. I have already recommended them to other family members. They were very good at marketing and knowledgable about selling and buying homes. They answered questions promptly. They made closing go seamlessly as well.
We didn't want to initially list with a realtor but after working with TAG we will rethink that in the future. It made the experience less stressful and they took a load of work of our backs. They also are good staging your home and making it look ready to sell.

We were in the market for an investment property in our area, and had to decide between two realtors. We decided to use The Allen Group based upon their reputation, and work they had done with some of our friends. It was important to us to have a realtor who was able to work around our busy work (daytime) schedule and accomodate those times where we could look at selected properties. Not only was the Allen Group responsive, but they selected the right properties to look at. Our time was valued. We felt listened to and important as thier clients. In a short amount of time, we found the right property, negotiations were fair and completed in a timely manner. My only contact with the Allen Grp. consisted of providing them my email address so I could view their listings on their web site. Driving past some of the houses on their web site, most of them didn't have Allen Group signage. It gave me the impression that the listings were old and the houses had already been sold. I still receive their emails.
