Sold a home in 2010.Summary:
If you are looking for an agent that is Respectful, Motivated, Creative, and a Good Communicator, you might enjoy meeting Tony Allegretti. I listed two of my houses with Tony last year in a bedroom community outside of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Needless to say, it was not exactly the best time to sell a house with the market turning downward. Tony did not seem daunted by the challenge.
The first thing Tony did was visit the properties, meet with me, and get a feel for the area. He asked pertinent questions about my goals, showing schedules, and hopes for pricing. All of this was done in a relaxed and respectful manner. We both knew that we had our work cut out for us. What he did next totally made the difference.
He came out and had a complete photo shoot done of the properties. These were not your average profile pictures. They were wonderfully shot with professional equipment. Strobes, nice wide angle, the works. In short, the places looked wonderful. Then Tony took these and made the most incredible 2 sided color flyers imaginable. They were fun and informative. He added photo ads in the Reporter (a popular local news and culture weekly) to top it off. These photos in tandem with the listings on MLS really made a huge difference. The listings were stunningly beautiful.
Tony knew that getting people interested in the area was essential. He got together with a bunch of other agents that had listings in the area and organized a tour of homes in the Pecos River Valley. It was well done with great food and quality open houses.
Result? Property sale in less than 4 months for a great price that made both myself and the buyer happy. I couldn't recommend Tony Allegeretti more. He is fun to work with and has knowledge of the area that only a long time resident can offer. His willingness to get creative is just key though. Sold a Condo home in 2010 in Santa Fe, NM.Summary:
Knowledgeable and personable, Tony provided an honest assessment of the market, furnished solid advice with regard to pricing and presentation, and stayed the course -- allowing me to sell a condo with limited appeal in a difficult market (Santa Fe). My only regret is that I didn't hire Tony sooner.

He held an open house for this property and I went. I do not remember the date except that it was spring or summer.. I was the only person there except for a young couple who were renting part of the house, so I had his full attention. I did not receive the follow-up materials he promised.…More Less
