Sold a home in 2010.
Tammy was the listing agent for my home. In a market where homes took more than a year to sell, and that's if you are lucky, my home sold in only three months. Tammy contacted me in advance of showing my home, as requested. She worked with me every step of the way regarding offers, warranties and the listing price of the home. Bought a home in 2012.
Tammy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I actually met her by chance and within a week she had shown us several homes. Each time we found a prospective property Tammy was willing to meet us and show the home to us. She was very professional as well. We were first time buyers,but she made us feel really comfortable.
