Sold a home in 2010.
Tammy was the listing agent for my home. In a market where homes took more than a year to sell, and that's if you are lucky, my home sold in only three months. Tammy contacted me in advance of showing my home, as requested. She worked with me every step of the way regarding offers, warranties and the listing price of the home. Tammy works hard to get the job done, and I recommend her as a listing agent to anyone. I will be contacting her shortly myself to arrange times to view some listings to purchase a home from her.

Bought a home in 2012.
Tammy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I actually met her by chance and within a week she had shown us several homes. Each time we found a prospective property Tammy was willing to meet us and show the home to us. She was very professional as well. We were first time buyers,but she made us feel really comfortable. She explained each step of the process with us and kept us posted on information and changes throughout. Our home closing was November 2,2012 and Tammy made all of this possible.

Bought a home in 2009.
Tammy was excellent in providing our family with great knowledge of the house buying process. She was patient and kind and was ready and willing to go anywhere we needed. She helped us with a great program and even waited for a few months until we we ready and able to purchase our home. I would definitly recommend Tammy to all for your home purchase. If I had to do it again in the future I would use no other realtor!
