Tammy is exactly what you should be looking for in a realtor. Tammy was incredibly attentive to everything that I needed. I was house hunting from across the country for a move to Colorado Springs for the military. Tammy is extremely knowledgeable about anything you could imagine to ask and even if she doesn't know, she'll make it her number one priority to find out and get back to you. She was very prompt in responding to my initial interest in moving here and where other realtors said "let's wait until you're closer to getting here to start looking," Tammy understood the importance to start looking right away. I will certainly use her again in any buying/selling I do in this area again. I was a first time home-buyer and she walked me through the entire process and never made me feel like I was being a burden. You will be completely satisfied if you use Tammy for your transaction as well!

Everyone knows how stressful the process of buying or selling a home can be! I truly consider my husband and myself incredibly lucky to have worked with a professional like Tammy Whalen during all the ups and downs of our journey to buy our family home. She made an experience that is normally fraught with doubts and fears as simple and clear and worry-free as possible. We are so grateful to her for all her patience, personal attention, and amazing expertise. When we first met Tammy, she said she will do whatever it takes to find the right home for someone. We found this to be VERY true. She is very responsive and is ready to go more than the extra mile. If she doesn't know, she will find out!

Bought a home in 2011.
About six months ago I moved to Colorado Springs and was very unfamiliar with the area. A good friend of the family recommended Tammy to me and what a blessing that was. We sat down figured out what specifically I was looking for and from than on it was house after house! Tammy is an incredibly hard worker that will fulfill your home buying/selling needs! If your looking for someone to go well above and beyond your expectations she is a must have to be on your side! Thanks so much for all your hard work in finding me my dream home!

Helped me rent a Single Family home in Colorado Springs, CO.
My wife and I have never met a more conscientious agent. Tamara went far beyond our expectations to meet our needs. We were moving from Los Angeles and we needed an agent to find us a house. When we decided to rent instead of buy, Tamara continued to scout houses for us. Finally, she found a delightful home in Black Forest. Without her dedication, we would have never moved from Los Angeles. Whatever your housing needs are, Tamara will always be there to go the extra mile.

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 in Northeast Colorado Springs, Colorado Springs, CO.
Ms. Whalen did an incredible job selling my home. I had no intention of selling my home until I recieved transfer papers from the government with very short notice. Ms. Whalen was referred to me by a team member of mine that had worked with her in the past. Needless to say, it was a seemless evolution in which my home was sold within the 90 day period that Ms. Whalen had predicted. If I ever get transferred back to Colorado, there is no doubt I will be calling her. Her hard work, diligence, knowledge, and sense of urgency are just a few of the qualities that Ms. Whalen epitomizes the word "PROFESSIONAL"

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $200K in Central Colorado Springs, Colorado Springs, CO.
Excellent job. Made my life so much easier with the knowledge and helpfullness Tammy provided. From the qualification process with VA to the final closing I wouldn't want anybody else on my side. Kudos!!!!!!
