Found a tenant for a home.
Tom has managed my rental property since it's purchase more than 6 years ago and has done a great job of keeping it rented and keeping me updated on the market changes. Tom has developed a great team that has helped to overcome the usual issues with a rental (minor repairs such as garbage disposal replacement) and has helped me to get the unit cleaned and updated for each tenant.

I recommend Tom and his team without hesitation if you need to purchase a property or need help managing it,
