Tanya helped me sell my house. It was very quick and easy from my point of view. My house was listed and on sale almost immediately. She was on top of everything from due dates, paperwork, scheduling inspections, to everything else that needed to be done. I was always informed of what was going on, what was coming up next, and what I needed to do. She was always available to answer and questions that I had, and was always very kind and positive throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend her, and would call her if I ever needed a Realtor again.

Her communication is superb and she keeps you informed with every step of the home buying process. Another one of her best qualities is she used to be a loan officer. So she knows how to communicate with your lender so your home purchase will close on time.

Recently, Tanya helped me buy a home in the very sought after Bridgeway Lakes community in West Sacramento. The house she helped me buy was in such a demand that as soon as it went on the market there was already five offers before I got a chance to see it in the early evening. Tanya’s experience as a high quality realtor and previous experience as a loan officer help me decided on the offer I needed to make to win the house. I made a traditional offer which was not the highest and needed to be financed by a mortgage company.

As we left the house that evening Tanya immediately started working on putting my offer together for the Sellers. She completed writing the offer by the afternoon of the next day, and I am very happy to say that the offer Tanya wrote for me won. The offer Tanya wrote for me beat out three other higher offers which were also cash offers. There are skills which you learn in school as a Realtor, and then there are skills and instincts that a Realtor like Tanya gains with her many years of experience on the job that can’t be taught in a classroom.
