Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $625k in Pacific Beach, San Diego, CA.Summary:
Todd helped me purchase my first home in 2007 and he was awesome. So when it was time to purchase our second house this year, I never even thought about going with another agent. Buying the second home turned out to be more of a challenge. Todd was able to work through a difficult international transaction (seller lives overseas) with time zone/day of the week differences, tricky international escrow/title procedures, and a very demanding buyer (me). Todd stepped up held the entire transaction together, coordinated almost every aspect of the deal and expedited paperwork/people when it/they needed it. He always answered my call or text, gave me real time updates when there was an important issue we were tracking and just never let up until the deal was closed. NO OTHER AGENT could have done this deal better! He knows his stuff and works hard to make his clients happy. Thanks again Todd!…More Less

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $175k in University City, San Diego, CA.Summary:
Todd Armstrong was absolutely outstanding to work with and was exceptionally patient with me during the whole buying process. I could be picky at times but I NEVER felt pressured to buy something I didn’t feel comfortable with and I very much appreciate that. I also am a big fan of promptness with returning phone calls and e-mails as I am very busy and Todd really shines in that area. Checking on the details of a property or viewing a property was always an absolute breeze. No worrying, no waiting for a return phone call, and no hassle. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about the buying process and I would have been lost without his expertise. Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
Todd and the Team at Woods Real Estate provided superb service when my Wife and our purchased our home. They provided in depth knowledge on the surrounding area to aid us in our final offer and made the transition very smooth. We were given updates from the time we put in our first offer to the time we received the keys, you couldn't ask for better service with a personal touch. Thanks!!!
