Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
I had a fabulous experience. House went under agreement quickly after it was listed. He handled all glitches that occurred along the way well, and sale closed. I would definitely recommend him to others. He has great knowledge of the local market and he markets the property really well.

Tom did a great job. We followed his advice as to what home improvements we should do. Used his suggested reasonably priced skilled carpenter/painter/staging team. We sold our house in 2 days, $9000 over the asking price.
