I have successfully bought and sold real estate in the past, without a real estate broker, and I was skeptical about hiring a broker to sell mom’s house. It was not feasible for me to sell the property myself since I was not local. When I met with Tom Carroll I knew he was a “straight shooter” who had the knowledge and would put in the effort to sell the property. My concerns about hiring a broker were quickly alleviated.
