Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Andover, MA.
Tom and Judy represented us as the market was closing and they both did an excellent job in negotiating sell the house for us. Judy came in and took new pictures of the house and Tom provided an open house each weekend. We were very satisfied with the service and presentation.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $375K in Andover, MA.
Tom Carroll and his assistant Judy Walker are professionals, and it was a pleasure working with them when selling my mother’s house. Tom is not only very knowledgeable about the real estate market but also is well versed in house construction. He is very organized and his attention to detail is impeccable. The sales package that was put together to sell the property was very impressive and they invested the time to understand every facet of the property to sell it very quickly and for the asking price.
I have successfully bought and sold real estate in the past, without a real estate broker, and I was skeptical about hiring a broker to sell mom’s house. It was not feasible for me to sell the property myself since I was not local. When I met with Tom Carroll I knew he was a “straight shooter” who had the knowledge and would put in the effort to sell the property. My concerns about hiring a broker were quickly alleviated.
Tom did an excellent job and I would recommend him highly to anyone buying or selling real estate in the Andovers and the surrounding area.

Sold a home in 2012.
I was extremely happy with the service I received from Tom Carroll and all staff at his office. Any question, no matter how trivial was answered swiftly and accurately and always with our best interests in mind. Tom guided us through a very complex process and managed the most smooth and stress free purchase and sale of properties I have ever had. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his office to any prospective clients.

We used Tom several times to find us tenants for our rental property and then this year to sell it. In every case, Tom and his terrific assistant, Judy Walker, made us feel like we alone were their most important clients and that no matter the situation,it would be dealt with professionally and effectively.

We decided to use Tom Carroll to sell our house and help us to relocate to Andover after watching his real estate transaction history for 5 years. We were more than happy with the advise he provided on the sale of our home as well as finding the right fit in Andover. Tom was very knowledgable on the community, individual neighborhoods and schools. He took the time to understand our needs and was a great resource. Considering how stressful buying/selling a home is, I think you're in good hands with Tom Carroll.

Sold a home in 2012.
We recently sold our home with Tom as our listing agent. We were very impressed with Tom and his team. Tom gave us honest and intelligent advice about how to price our house and about what we needed to do to get it ready for market. His assistant Judy took great pictures and set up a nice web profile of the house. When we got an offer, Tom worked seamlessly with the buyer's agent to quickly work out an agreement that satisfied both parties. The entire process, from listing the house to closing, took just over two months. We highly recommend Tom Carroll!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in North Andover, MA.
I had listed my condo in N.Andover with Tom. Although the market is very challenging, we were able to find a buyer in short period of time , and I feel it was due to the team that I used to market the property.
Tom represented himself in a very engaging way and answered all of the questions I had since this was my first home sale, I had tons!
He consistently kept a positive attitude and was extremely professional. Also his associate Judy Walker is excellent as well. Both Tom and Judy are very responsive and very attentive. I would highly recommend this team in a heartbeat! Great job guys for a job well done.

Sold a home in 2012.
We had the unenviable task of putting our home on the market in the fall of 2011. We chose Tom Carroll because he has a strong presence in the local market and is well informed with current, local sales information. He is also keenly in tune with the national economic trends. Tom is consistently prepared and very much present through the process, from establishing an appropriately competitive listing price to the offer and through to the closing. Tom is focused and worked tirelessly to get potential buyers to the property. His assistant Judy Walker is pure gold! Kudos too to Randy Hart for running two open houses. What a great team!
