Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $425K in Wake Forest, NC.

This was our second try at selling our home. We were nervous and suspicious because we had a bad experience the first try. Tina was strong when we needed strength, and flexible when we needed flexibility, encouraging, positive, forgiving (dog went potty on floor before a showing, yikes! I didn't see it before leaving). She was all of this but what impressed us the most is she KNOWS real estate. Her advice and suggestions were spot on and we feel very well taken care of!  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $375K in Cary, NC.

Tina just helped us sold our house. Actually, we had hired another list agent initially. But, that agent was not an effective agent. That agent did not know the good local contractors, and wanted us to arrange the contract work ourselves. After several months on market, there were very few people showed up. After the contract with the previous list agent expired, we decided to hire Tina to be our list agent. Before we met Tina the first time, she had already done extensive research on the local real estate market and our house. When she met us, she had presented the all the facts, and made several good recommendations. Her team also helped us to arrange the contactors that had done excellent works on our house. She had an excellent team. The designer and the photographer whom Tina had hired also had done excellent works. We are so happy to have Tina as our list agent. We strongly recommend anyone who is looking for real estate agent to hire Tina.  More Less
