I am not living in FL. I listed my condo for sell wih her. She spent alot of time to get someone to fix and clean up before she put on market. Any time we need her help, she responds very quickly. We sold our unit with the higher price than any other units in the last 4 months. We got multiple offers at the same time and 5% more than we expected.
