Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $275K in Port Orange, FL.

Showed home in 2012 in Port Orange, FL 32129.

I first met Mark and Jenn a few years ago when I was purchasing my home They were actually the sellers agent for the home I chose to buy. I was so impressed with how they conducted their part of the sale I decided then that if I ever purchased property in the area again I would contact them to represent me.

The opportunity arose this year when I had Mark and Jenn assist me in my search for an investment property. I told them my area of interest and they immediately provided me with all the available listings in that sub-division. Their knowledge of the Port Orange area is extensive as is their knowledge of how to work with bank owned properties which this home turned out to be. They helped me to understand the process and come up with the best way to offer on the property.

I would highly recommend Mark and Jenn to anyone looking for a home in the area.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $375K in Daytona Beach, FL.

I am involved in a very ugly divorce, and having to sell the condo became a necessary evil. In the current climate, though better than in the past, I didn't think the condo would sell at all, or at a price that would be insulting.

Mark had the condo SOLD and CLOSED in 6 weeks! And at a price MUCH higher than I thought. He communicated to both my future ex and myself, which I wouldn't want to do on any level. He handled the whole transaction so professionally and without making me feel he picked sides in any way. He just wanted to help us sell the condo.

Would I recommend Mark and his wife?!? In a HEARTBEAT.
