Bought a Single Family home in 2008 in Fort Mohave, AZ.
Petra Fahey is the best realtor I have ever experienced, and I have purchased quite a few properties in my time. We were looking for a home with specific requirements, which we shared with Petra. She showed me everything that was within my parameters and as we eliminated homes she took note of what was not acceptable from each home and narrowed down the acceptable ones. We found the perfect home for us. She handled everything that had to do with the sale. She was on top of all aspects of the sale. She made sure everything was done on time, the appraisal, termite inspection, septic inspection, loan approval and docs, home inspection, well inspection, and that the selling party was fulfilling their parts of the deal. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Fort Mohave, AZ.
I was looking for a retirement home in a warm climate and found Petra Fahey the realtor in Bullhead City area. I live in Alaska and have never been to Arizona before. Needless to say that I was quite concerned about buying a house without being on site. Thank goodness a friend of mine, who has bought two homes from Petra, assured me that it will not be a problem. Petra located a nice property within my budget range, which is quite modest to say the least, already with a renter living in it to help pay for the mortgage, and closed the deal all within record timing. The property has since appreciated in the last six months. I am waiting for the right oppportunity to do another deal with Petra.…More Less

Michael and Petra Fahey are absolutely THE BEST real estate broker/agent and the ONLY one you will every need! Michael, Petra and their team go above and beyond in every aspect of the word. They helped us out so much every step of the way -even when things got a little rough at times. Look no further! You won't regret it. We recommend Michael and Petra to everyone who is looking to sell or buy a home. The word "can't" isn't in their vocabulary. We appreciate them so much and all their expertise in buying our beautiful home in Bullhead City. We definitely will use their services again.
