Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Looking for a realtor to sell or buy a house? Steve and Karen are the best choice you can make. They helped us sell our house even in this weak housing market. It took awhile for the house to sell, but all along they made sure that the house got alot of exposure and in September a wonderful young family brought our house. They walked us through all the processes, kept us updated through email and a logon site on the internet that was so beneficial in making sure that our house was showing well by comments made by potential buyers. Steve and Karen have a lot of energy, enthusiasm and knowledge. My husband and I were very pleased with them and they were not only our realtors, but now they are also good friends. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house. They definitely deserve the 5 stars!…More Less

We contacted Steve and Karen Freebery through Zillow.com. Our first contact with them happened in mid August 2011 over phone. Following up on our conversation and the preferences which we advised Karen then hand picked the best properties available within our desired area up until November 25th 2011 and showed them all one by one taking our time in each.
We finally decided on a particular home and placed offer on September 28th 2011 with Karen and Steve's help. Offer was accepted by seller on September 29th 2011. We moved into our home on November 10th 2011 (Closing date). Things cannot happen any more efficiently than this.
