Bruce was very helpful in our search for an Incline Village Condo in the price range we specified. He was very patient with us and waited for the right one to come up to then notify us. I would recommend Bruce to friends looking in the area.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $400k in Carnelian Bay, CA.Summary:
Bruce and Sandy represented my wife and I as buyers on a short sale property. They also represented the sellers and going against advice we went having them help us as well. At no time did there appear nor was there any kind of conflict, I would simply say that Bruce's integrity is beyond reproach (and of course Sandy) and he was not only direct with the issues but fair to all parties in how communications were handled. Bruce was our primary contact but there was always a sense of Sandy in the background to assist and of course handle parts of the process as buyers we may not be aware of. They treated the sale as if it were a standard real estate transaction although Bruce did warn us of the things that could come up first thing and they did. Bruce was instrumental in helping us put a great mortgage package together with an excellent lender. As closing time came he was a partner in makig sure all of the requirements ( both paper work and physical improvements to the property) were going to be accomlished. Simply put Bruce and Sandy reflect simply the best of what some one should expect as an agent in handling real estate matters.…More Less
