Left hand side of the property page, you should see a tools page and will be able to list the property for sale.

Would love to see leases or rentals on Zillow in the future. Maybe do something like zestimates but for rental prices in the area.
Swapping images around in the edit section, it is not saving? Is it bugged out right now?
