A client called me and told me some agent was promoting the property I have listed at 1031 W Foothill Blvd Arcadia CA 91006. I believe this other agent is using other peoples listing and putting his information on them. How do I remove this other agents information. I just uploaded photos of the property as well included the property website we made that has all of my information.

I am having the same problem with my Zillow account and can not to remove "Pasadena, TX" from service areas.

I have to agree with chasmader. I think the "Find a Pro" system has a lot of potential but still needs some work on the algorithm process. I see Insurence, Loan reps listing themselves in Sellers/Buyers Agents which throws off the whole system.

One last thing... Real Estate is local. The system should be relevant to listings, past listings for areas served.

Wow I came here to read an informative post but ended up being a bashing game from the 3rd post on. We really dont know whats going to happen with the economic crisis and all is still up in the air. No one has a crystal ball and can tell you when its a perfect time to buy. It's all about making sure you inform your buyer with the information he needs know on the current market condition and educated them on the area.

Most 2 car garages in CA are about 400sqft. Check with the city for exactly specifications.
