I was referred to Teresa when the realtor that I was originally going to work with became ill. Teresa immediately stepped in and made me feel at ease in a potentially uncomfortable situation. She was in constant contact with me. She gave me great advice and helped guide me through a process that I had little experience in. When I purchased my home, I had bought it for sale by owner so I had not had not had any experience dealing with a realtor. Teresa was patient and worked hard to ensure that I got the price I wanted for my home. I had done a great deal of work on it and she knew that I needed a certain return on my investment. I also have an older dog that had some health issues. I was really concerned about how he would handle having people coming and going as the house was shown. Teresa worked with him to make him comfortable with her. She treated him like he was a member or her own family. I cannot tell you how much this meant to me. When you have a pet for sixteen years, they become a part of your family and mean a great deal to you and not everyone understands that. Teresa went the extra mile to put my dog at ease which put me at ease. My house sold very quickly due to the hard work that Teresa put into it. I had to work to find somewhere to live fast, but believe me I am not complaining. I am planning on building a home on the farm I grew up on and probably won’t need a realtor again. However, if I ever did, I can say without a doubt that I would use Teresa again. I would also not hesitate to refer her to anyone I know. She is professional, efficient and has a warm human touch that is so often lacking in today’s business world. It is strange not talking to her each week now that my house is sold. She was someone I looked forward to chatting with regularly and I miss our weekly talks.…More Less
