Bought a home in 2013.
YOU ARE MAKING A BIG MISTAKE.......if you don't choice to work with Teresa.
Our idea was very complicated in the beginning. She was very patient and understanding of our needs, answered my question straightway.She helped us from choosing property, signing the offer, transferring the payment ( I don’t have US bank account so have to transfer some funds to her account first)..till closing…and indicate handyman to do some repair jobs.
She went above and beyond her duties as a realtor. Very professional and patient, fully trust and no hassle at all.
I am not only buying a house but also learned a lot from Teresa, she never complaint, always be positive. I appreciate all she has done for us.

Teresa has been the best realtor who I have ever worked with. Thanks to Teresa's best support, I find a good house in a new place. From the moment I contacted her, Teresa has made every effort to understand my needs in purchasing a house; she has paid careful attention to my request; analyzed the property types I wish to see; recommended me good properties; made very prompt arrangements for all the properties I wish to see; responded to me anytime (even at night); made contracts very promptly and efficiently; negotiated with the seller's realtor totally from my side; and provided me useful information until closing. Basically, Teresa has been working for me very, very hard from the moment I met her until I found a house. Most importantly, she is a real professional who has knowledge and experience in this field. Thanks to her knowledge and skills, I have been able to save my time and energy tremendously. I strongly recommend her as the best realtor in Broward, FL.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $375K in Weston, FL.
It was great to work with Teresa ! I was looking for opportunities in the area of Weston through Zillow real state search engine and notice that Teresa had a great portfolio of opportunities in that area. I did contact Teresa at first not only to check a couple of properties, but to have a first impression on her approach and professionalism. From that first face-to-face engagement my wife and I knew already that we could deposit our trust in Teresa to help us in our property hunting. Three months later we successfully purchased a property with all characteristics we were looking for, which were somehow specifics. It was great to work with Teresa her knowledge of the market and experience came through. Another big highlight of this experience was that we did the purchase from overseas and Teresa did support us with inspections, closing, insurance, and more details we could ask for. She was very helpful, she was always there every time we look for her advise and to answer our questions. We would not hesitate to work with Teresa in a further opportunity.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $375K in Pembroke Pines, FL.
Teresa was absolutely fantastic! She quickly adapted our house search to meet our needs, and was always available when we needed her. Her negiotating skills are superb, and she was very quick to respond to all emails, texts, and phone calls. She really knows the area well, and was able to get the deal done even when there were snags in the process from the bank. Would reccommend to anyone, and would use again in the future! A++++++

she helped me to find a nice home in less than three weeks, negotiated the price against another buyer, follow thru diligently with the bank, consistently guided me through the contract until closing and I'm very happy for the home that she found for me and my family, in one word, excellent service..

Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Hollywood, FL.
We chose Teresa over several other highly rated agents in the area. We are extremely happy we did! She was not only professional and responsive, but she was able to find us several excellent prospects for tenants of our house in less than 2 weeks! (and we demanded both great credit and no pets).
