Teri was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was available any day of the week. She is friendly and honest. It is clear that that she has her client's interests at heart. She made sure that my wife and I would find the perfect home for us and our first baby (on the way)!

Bought a home in 2012.
Teri's honesty is refreshing. She took the time to get to know what I was looking for in a house and to pay attention to my needs (even when I did not clearly articulate all of them). Teri actually talked me out of bidding on one property, and she was right to do so, even though it was not in her best financial interest to do so. She put my interests first, which is something I can’t say about most other agents I’ve worked with over the years.
Teri also has a good eye for potential in a house, so if you are looking for or thinking about a fixer, Teri is a great agent. She understands what updates are of value and has a good understanding of remodeling costs.…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $450K in Encino, Encino, CA.
We found Teri on Zillow when we were looking at a house. After we emailed her she called back right away and we instantly clicked on the phone. She was available to work around our schedule and quickly showed us a few homes. We put in a couple of offers on homes we thought we wanted and for very good reasons were just not meant to be. After getting a bit discouraged she told us that we will find a home and be thankful that the other ones did not work out. That is exactly what happened very shortly after. We found our dream home but we were in competition. Teri guided us through the whole process without pressure and reasurred us each step of the way. Through her communication and negotiation we got our first house. We have worked with a few realtors in the past but never with anyone quite like Teri. Her knowledge and experience helped us get our dream home. She worked so efficiently with the selling agent, escrow company, and lender, not to mention she was adored by the seller who wished she was her agent. I have already recommended her to a friend. I will continue to recommend her even though I have friends and family who are realtors too. We are so thankful we found Teri because not only is she our realtor she has also become a dear friend.…More Less
