I'm a Colorado Real Estate Broker, specializing in land and homes, mostly in and along the western part of the Denver Metro area. I have a strong technology background, and an emerging interest in transit, especially in Denver but in general as well. Because of this combination I'm working on becoming a local subject-matter expert on TOD - transit oriented development.
In terms of education, I have several degrees, mostly business-oriented, and have pursued a lot of post-real estate school education, resulting in one professional designation (GRI) so far, with a couple others well under way. I'm looking to finish the ALC - Accredited Land Consultant - in 2009.
On a more personal note, I'm a Colorado native, and though I lived in other places off and on for about ten years, have been back in the Denver area for quite a while now. I'm married, and we have two grown daughters.
