Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $900K in Rancho Mirage, CA.

Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $475K in Indian Wells, CA.
We flew in for 3 days to look at homes in Indian Wells and called Terri 2 days before we came. (This was because another realtor we had contacted never sent us any listings that met our criteria in the week after we had contacted them.) Terri sent us great listings within an hour that met all our needs. We saw 10 great properties the 1st day and Terri was well prepared and fun with be with. We saw a couple of additional properties our 2nd day, as well as some revisits from the 1st day. We made an offer on the 3rd day and flew home. All of our paperwork was done by email. Terrie took care of inspections, etc. The whole process was so easy and pleasant and we are so grateful the 1st realtor we called didn't work out.
