Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Brookpark, OH.
Terry was a great help when we needed someone to find us a home. I contacted her once in the fall,spoke to her breifly and didnt call her for months,because i wasnt sure if we were ready. i then called her in the summer and without skipping a beat she recalled who I was. That felt great that i wasnt just another somebody to her. She made the experience a personal one and a comfortable one, she is the sweetest realtor i have met. She actually cares about the customer, and im happy to say that in JUne 2012 we moved into our new home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Brunswick, OH.
We were looking for a house to rehab. Terry took us to all houses we requested. She was very helpful with advise on future value of rehabbed house. She was available to view houses at our convenience, even on New Years Day. She advised and guided us thru all steps in the process. We have successfully purchased an REO and will be going back to Terry when ready to sell. She still checks with us to see if we need any advise with the rehab. Terry is a very conscientious realtor.

Sold a Single Family home in 2004 in Wallhaven, Akron, OH.
I worked with Terry a few years ago on the sale of my family home in Akron. The property was in an Estate and had not been lived in for many years. Frankly it was in terrible condition. Terry was instrumental in helping me find resources needed to make the home salable and many times met service providers at the home when I could not be there. Terry was keen to pricing the home right to attract a buyer and followed through with amazing expertise on Contracts, Paperwork and such.
We had a "rough spot" near the end of the transaction and the Buyer "lost his loan" but Terry rescued the situation and in the end we closed escrow 3 days late but all were happy. I would use Terry as a Seller or Buyer with confidence.
