Sold a Vacant Land home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Reno, NV.
Terry and Tina helped sell our lot in Reno in less than two months. They were professional and thorough in their sales efforts. They are diligent in their market research and know the Reno market extremely well. From start to finish the sale of the property was flawlessly handled. We could not be happier.

Sold a Multiple Occupancy home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Sparks, NV.
This is a great team - Terry and Tina! They are energetic and on their game. They know what to do and when to do it. They get your property sold and close the deal in a timely fashion.
Enjoyed working with them and would do so again. Would gladly pass their business cards around.
Can't say enough about how knowledgeable and professional they both are. They are available to assist whenever you need it.

Efficient and responsive. Did a great job for us. Follow through on completion and thorough to the process. Many agents do not complete the tedious steps from property search to details on the offer. Afterward the acceptance, there was total follow though on inspections and escrow detail. Could not have been better to a successful purchase. We would recommend this time highly.

I met Terry several years ago while selling another home. We liked his warm personality and his knowledge of the area that we were looking to buy. We first met Terry and Tina Ross at an open house in 2011. They seemed very knowledgeable about the Real Estate industry and began following up with us on a consistant but not irritating basis. About a year after the open house meeting we were seriously looking to purchase a home and our first thought was to call the Ross'. The purchase process was seamless. Terry Ross was on top of negotiating our deal in the most professional way imaginable. We always knew we had the best in our corner. Terry and Tina Ross then listed our current home for sale and again our interaction with them was honest, professional, courteous and at all times their knowledge of the industry was unmatched. There is no doubt that our next Real Estate endeavor will include Terry and Tina Ross as the professionals by our side.

They both worked hard & put in lots of time to make sure we had a succesful sale of our home.When some items in the sale became complicated they straightened them out very quickly. We would recomend them to any one buying or selling a home.
They also helped find a new home for us & helped with negoiations with the seller for a successful purchase. We like our new home & would recommend both Terry & Tina to any-one looking to sell or buy. Cheers to them.
