Her experience over the past 36 years has always been with top-rated companies where ethics, education and professionalism are demanded. Terry is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of marketing a listing, as well as how to find the right home for any buyer - first-time or experienced. Being an out-of-town seller, the assistance she was able to provide in facilitating wallpaper removal, painting and carpet replacement, as well as other recommendations to improve the "showability" of our home enabled us to finally sell and close a house in less than three months - after having been on the market with other agents for over 18 months. Because she employs an assistant, even when Terry is "on the go" with buyers and sellers, we were always able to communicate whenever it was necessary. All the suggestions that Terry Tipton gave me while my house was on the market were needed for the successful sale of my home. I didn't always agree or take her advice initially but in the end I realized she was the Real Estate Professional and I needed to listen!
