I couldn't have asked for a better agent! This is a first buy for us so my husband and I went in with a million questions and Terry had an answer for every single one of them. When we found 'the one' it had been on the market only a few days and there was already another bid and plenty of interest-Terry sat us down on a Sunday morning, got everything squared away and had our bid in the sellers hands just an hour later-and it was accepted over the other! When the appraiser posed a problem for us, Terry spent countless hours researching and compiling information that enabled the appraisal to go through. We went with a VA loan which always entails more detail than conventional loans and we were told that it takes a special agent to know all the ins and outs-and Terry knew them and handled them with ease. I feel very confident saying that the sale wouldn't have gone through without his knowledge and his dedication to getting us the home we wanted.
