Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $200K in Finley Farms, Gilbert, AZ.
I was most impressed with Thad's patience with me as a buyer. My husband and I were looking for an investment property. We spend over 1 year looking. Thad was always respectful of my decisions. He never pressured me to make a decision if I didn't feel completely comfortable with the property. He helped me really discover what I was looking for and what I could buy in the market. He was honest with the positive and negative aspects of the property and didn't try and paint a picture of a perfect property. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Mesa, AZ.
Thad is an EXCELLENT realtor. I had a horrible experience with my first realtor but had a hard time thinking I was entitled to a new one because I felt bad about the time she had already given me. I'm so glad I got over that because having a GOOD realtor makes all the difference. Thad always got back to me the same day, was very professional and was a great listener. He didn't try to push houses on me and always had such a positive attitude that we'd find a house. He would often say he'd do "whatever it takes" and he always did. We put in several offers and saw dozens of houses all in a couple weeks! Despite the market being so tough, he was able to help us find a home in just a few weeks.
