HistoryAfter college in Charleston, SC I moved to Hilton Head Island during the early 70's. My wife Deb (of 30 years this year) and I lived in Hilton Head until moving back to her home town of Beaufort in 1993. We then rebuilt and developed the Beaufort Inn and Restaurant located downtown into a AAA Four Diamond Property which we owned and operated for seven years. After selling the Inn and taking some time off we both decided to do what we have always enjoyed and had experience in which is real estate and property improvement. We then opened Southern Coast Realty which is our agency located on Lady's Island.
Having spent 19 years on Hilton Head and 19 years in Beaufort, I know both markets and areas .Experience
