I am just a little guy from a little town who had dreams of buying a house with land. Back from 1996-2000 I was almost there, only $15k short. Then the housing bubble occurred. I could never catch up. I was always at least that much (and more) behind the prices. Prices have not fully deflated yet. We have 6 million more foreclosures to come. I have saved for a down payment for over a decade. When prices drop enough I will buy.
After looking for real estate for that long I have learned a few things.
I am no realtor, no professional. Just a guy who has some small dreams and some hopes. I am still learning.
