Stephanie Ford is a very SHARP real estate agent. She knows her stuff. I give her all 5 STARS!!! During our home search, Stephanie would not allow me to get discouraged or give up. She would say, "We just have to keep looking, we will find something, just trust me". I love the way she knew what we wanted. While searching she knew what houses to look at and those we should just pass by. This is my second home purchase, and her expertise in Real Estate is phenomenal!!! From the house search to the contract, Stephanie Ford took great care of us. I would recommend her services to anyone. She was referred to us by our friends and I would refer her to my friends or anyone who is looking for a agent that is not just helping you to find a house, but helping you to find your HOME. There is a difference!

I would not recommend Stephanie Ford to anyone. Our experience was awful, and we found her to be unprofessional, (i.e. she did not keep us informed; she was slow to return calls; she gave us misinformation regarding the Short Sale of our house). Please find a REAL professional.

I have spoken with the homeowner of this property and they stated that they DID NOT write this review. The homeowner and I had a great working relationship and have spoken several times since the house was taken off the market. Since this is my career and short sales are something that I specialize in, it’s hard to believe that I would have a lack of communication with the homeowner. This property had 2 offers presented to the bank and the investor denied both of them due to not meeting the investor guidelines. Short sales are very involved and require a lot of cooperation and documentation from the homeowner. As a short sale agent, I am always on top of deadlines and in constant contact with the homeowner regarding what's needed. As always it’s up to the mortgage company and the investor that holds the loan whether your short sale will get approved and not the agent. The agent is the liaison between the homeowner and the bank and is not the final decision maker.

Stephanie was amazing! We originally met Stephanie back in 2008 thinking we were ready to buy. After some reconsideration we decided that then was not the right time for us. Fast-forward 4 years, almost to the date, and we are now home owners. Stephanie really impressed us by going over the bones and guts of purchasing. She sat us down and we compiled a list of what we wanted, needed, etc. She sent us some listings and we were able to pick out the ones we were interested in. Stephanie Ford was great to work with .She saved me $6400.00 i was going to make my first offer at $74900.00 she Suggested $65000.00 .We got the house for $68500 .She then saved me $450.00 from closing . We had a small amount of damage to the house after the contract she recovered the repair cost for us also ! in all I would say she is the best agent I have worked with . She had a good knowledge of the area .she made the process as easy as possible we closed on time in 30 days .With several problems caused by the listing agent .She always called me back .Her Negotiation skills are excellent .I would have overpaid if she hadn’t done such a great job in the Negotiation .In all I would say she saved me $12000
