Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Otay Ranch Village 5, Chula Vista, CA.
My husband and I had a personal referral for Tamara and we were immediately impressed! She was prompt to return our call and took a personal interest in selling our home. She came over to view our home at our convenience and answered all of our questions related to the process of putting our place on the market, showing the home, and the buying/selling process. She took her time and made sure we fully understood our options and selling price before we put our place on the market. Tamara consistently checked in with telephone calls, emails, and text messages, updating us on the process. She was quick to respond if we had any questions and was very professional in all of our interactions. She continues to provide us with information as it relates to the market and helped us find a great realtor for a condo we are selling up in Washington. We have since recommended Tamara to a friend and they were immediately impressed as well and even more so with the quick sale of their home as well. My husband and I will continue to recommend Tamara if we hear of anyone looking for a great realtor and we will definitely use her for the purchase of our next home!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in El Cajon, CA.
Tamara Krause helped my husband and I purchase our first home this year and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional Real Estate Agent.

I hate to admit, but I am not the easiest person to work with since I am a little obsessive compulsive and intense about getting answers quickly and accurately –sometimes at the most inconvenient times (i.e. weekends, evenings, and dinner time). Tamara always got back to me quickly and eased our first time home buyer fears.

Tamara guided us through the process and let us know what to expect during all the phases. What I loved about her the most was that she always had our best interests in mind. Whenever I got distracted by the pretty crown molding and granite counter tops that the ‘flipper’ had installed, she was pointing out foundation issues, potentially costly repairs, etc.

Even after looking at at least 40 homes, she never once made us feel pressured to make an offer on something. I felt bad that we had looked at so many homes and after making several offers that we were outbid on still had nothing to show for it. She assured us that she would keep looking no matter how long it took… months or years… it didn’t matter as long as we found the right home.

Tamara is professional, courteous, patient, extremely competent, and above all has the client’s best interest in mind. I know that this is a business, but I never once felt that making money was her goal. Her goal was to match the right house with the right family.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $675K in University City, San Diego, CA.
My wife and I worked with Tamara for almost seven months while we searched for a home in the greater San Diego area. At first, we were all over the map, searching from Carmel Valley to North Park for the home of our dreams. Tamara finally helped us narrow down the areas we were comfortable with, both physically and financially. She was always responsive to our requests to tour homes and never turned down an opportunity to view homes even on Sunday and even when we had a list of seven houses spread out across the city! She has a very friendly personality, is easy to work with, and will tell you her honest opinion about everything; even the strength of your offer. She also establishes a very good working relationship with your lender to ensure there are no delays with your loan (we closed in 28 days). Overall, we had a very good experience working with Tamara even though I'm sure we were annoying buyers because we were so picky! She never lost patience with us that's for sure! :) The only area where I think she can improve her excellent service is to build a broader network of home inspectors and trade specialists to assist the homebuyer evaluate the home prior to purchase.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Swan Canyon, San Diego, CA.
We looked in several different neighborhoods in San Diego and Tamara drove all over town to help us. She really listened to what our needs and wants were and advised us accordingly. She was always looking out for potential problems that we didn't see, and thinking ahead to resale values down the road.

We originally put in an offer on a house, but someone else's offer was accepted. We made an offer on a second house, but Tamara knew how much we liked the first one. It came back on the market, and Tamara was able to help us think it through and buy the house we really wanted. Our mortgage process was complicated and she was extremely responsive to our needs through that time. We really appreciated her help and truly enjoyed the experience!

I am a veteran who was trying to buy my home with my VA Loan and Tamara helped me figure everything out. VA Loans can be a hassle and Tamara never made me feel like a burden, she was always there to help, and she made everything make sense. Tamara helped us find VA approved properties and even recommended the condo we finally ended up purchasing! She was an angel to work with! It doesn't get better than Tamara Krause!

Bought a home in 2010.
Tamara was an amazing agent... after meeting so many terrible agents we were so amazing lucky to find her! We were first time home buyers with lots of questions and we needed lots of hand holding. Tamara and her assistant Deb along with her lending agent Manny Cien were the absolute best team we could have come across. Working with them wants to make us buy more real estate! We would def. recommend Tara Krause to all our close friends and family! A+ Tam!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $350K in Lakeside, CA.
We were first time home buyers and Tamara was so patient with us. We had her running all over town with us from South Bay to Ocenside to Lakeside! We felt like she really had our best interest in mind as we searched for just the right place. Well, we found it and when it came time for the paperwork she was very helpful in explaining the entire process to us. We always knew what the next step was and she made sure that we were ready for it. We will certainly call on her services when we are in the market for our investment property. Thank you very much, Tamara!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $325K in Eastlake Vistas, Chula Vista, CA.
She was absolutely wonderful to work with, and extremely patient when my spouse and I were in the market to buy our first home. We are very picky with a heap of things on our "list" for must haves, and she took the time to carefully select and view homes with only those things. Tamara has been there to answer any and all questions during the closing process and even months afterwards!! She even checks-in from time to time to make sure we're happy with our home and has provided us a list of reputable home maintenance personnel should we need anything taken care of. She has made this whole "first time buyer" experience simple and quite honestly a lot less stressful than I imagined. We're grateful to have found such a remarkable agent.
