Bought a home in 2013.
After inquiring about a listing we found online, John contacted us with the information. Even though we did not pursue that specific listing we did continue to use John as our relator.
John was very knowledgeable in every listing we looked at. He was wonderful at finding us places that met our list of must haves, and was very willing to show us places we had found on our own.
Throughout the entire process John was very professional, yet personable to work with. He was alway easy to contact and responded and followed up in a timely manner. As first time homebuyers, John was able to walk us step by step through the process in manner that made us feel comfortable and confident throughout.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Westminster, CO.
We sold our house recently, and found John Subry and his team to be very professional: proactive and proficient. John and his associate Jill Laudermilk gave us very good advice on preparing our house for sale, did an excellent job of marketing the property, and even helped coordinate a handyman to get some repair work done while we were out-of-town. They were always on top of things and kept me posted on developments throughout the process.
