This is the second time we've worked with Pamela to buy or sell real estate. The first time was a breeze. She was great and helped us through the process. The 2nd time had a ton of issues and Pamela and her team were insanely good!!! She earned every penny of her commission along with our strong recommendation. First of all, my wife and I moved to Congo (yep, in Africa) AND we listed our condo with tenants still leaving in the unit. That can be a challenge but Pamela worked through that very professionally and managed to get the condo under contract within the first month. Unfortunately, the buyer backed out of the deal and the condo was re-listed. Within a week, we had another contract on the unit with a better offer. Again, however, due to an issue that came to light later on with the buyer's financing, we couldn't complete the deal. So back on the market it went. Literally, the very next day, we woke up to find an email with the very best offer of all. My wife and I couldn't believe it! The transaction closed without any problems. Here's the thing though: there were a ton of other issues that came up and we needed to work through.
