Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Matthews, NC.
We moved here without much knowledge of the area and were living with family while looking for a new home. We were first time home buyers with little knowledge of the process and apprehensive that we would feel pressured by an agent. We found Tiffany through her website, and she reached out to us immediately. She went the extra mile to truly help us find what was best for us. Tiffany made us feel like a priority and she never made us feel pressured in to any home or area. Her knowledge of the Charlotte area is extensive and of the real estate market and process. She encouraged us to wait for the right home and the right deal. We are in our dream home, in a fantastic location and could not be happier! Tiffany walked us through the entire process with patience and consideration. We felt so blessed to have found a realtor who put us first. We highly recommend Tiffany to any home buyer whether it is the first time or the tenth.

Tiffany came to me after a really bad experience with another agent so I was not very trusting. From the first house she showed me to the home I bought, she was wonderful. Very direct and responsive to my needs. Even after the sale, she has been there to answer any questions.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Hwy 51-Park Road, Charlotte, NC.
Tiffany was an amazing help in the process of finding our very first home. Tiffany knew the Charlotte and Pineville (areas we were looking in) extensively. She always impressed us with her knowledge about EVERYTHING. Tiffany is definitely the most patient person that we could have ever worked with. She worked around our schedule and was very understanding about us taking our time to find the perfect house for us to start our new family. During the period of going under contract and process of negotiating with the sellers and their agent, Tiffany stood behind our offer and conditions and communicated them well. We were constantly kept in the loop about what was going on and knew that we could trust her completely. Tiffany was excellent she made a stressful process very simple. She is very detail oriented, responsive, and organized. I know for a fact we would not have sold our property without her expertise we had our property listed with others agents and no one was able to negotiate and push the process through as she did. We have been through the buying and selling of homes several times, and never have we been so impressed or received such excellent care and attention as we did with Tiffany Johannes. Her marketing skills, knowledge of the buying, selling and closing processes and diligence in looking out for our interests were above and beyond what we have come to expect as normal. Everything went smoothly and all the details were taken care of without hassle or stress. We would never use anyone else, and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone who is either buying or selling their home. We used her for both, and could not have been more pleased with our decision.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Mint Hill, NC.
My husband and I after working with different realtors, we are pleased to have called Tiffany and have her as our agent. The difference that we experience now and we've had in the past with many other real estate agents, is that she really looks after our interests as either a buyer or seller because we have several lists with her and we are also in the process of buy. Reading the other reviews, I personally do not think the commission rate is what determines the performance of a real estate agent, as mentioned earlier in my experience with many other RE agents who collected the traditional percentage were negative. Tiffany is profesional.honesta and realistic in today's market where many agents with previous experience, are struggling to stay or simply have had to move to another field. Help u sell is a great company like others with the same tools to compete in the market. The only two good experiences in real estate have been with another agent of Help U Sell (retired) and now with Tiffany. As when purchasing a product you are looking for their reviews, whether good or bad, put them on a scale and see where it leans towards. make your own conclusion of what you read. I firmly believe that the best advertisement for any business are the references that customers can give. Personally we recommend Tiffany to anyone we know

Sold a home in 2011.
My husband and I worked with Tiffany on the recent sale of our home. Having previously worked with a well known company who did nothing but obtain the listing and were never heard from again, we were quite frustrated and had a negative view of the process.

However, we were pleasantly surprised and extremely impressed with the responsiveness, resourcefulness, industry knowledge, and hard work that Tiffany brought to the process to get our home sold.

She went above and beyond in so many ways from ensuring that we had an endless supply of beautiful color brochures in the lawn box and for our counter during showings, keeping us abreast of the real estate activity in our area, and when we received an offer she recommending vendors to perform requested services at negotiated rates, and made sure that we understood the process intimately and was clear on what we should expect and the timing. We could not have asked for a better experience.

In addition, she assisted us in finding a temporary rental home, even exploring properties for which she would receive no compensation. When I asked her why she would offer us options for which she would not be paid for her time, her response was that she needed to do what made sense for us.

Needless to say, I have now recommended her services to family and friends as I want them to have this same quality of service which I know they would not receive otherwise.

My husband and I contracted Tiffany Johannes to both list and sell our home on Dobson Drive but also to help us find our dream house. I would highly recommend Tiffany to anyone I know for any real estate needs. She is extremely knowlegable of both the national and local markets, but is completely on top of the ever-changing real estate market we are all stuck in. As anyone can imagine, both selling and buying a home has its challenges. The dream home she helped us find had been foreclosed on and was bank owned. We had never dealt with a real estate transaction like this before. With Tiffany's knowledge and expertise in foreclosures, she led us step by step through a fairly complicated process, negotiating a very impressive deal with the bank, managed all the inspections, supplied us points of contact for us to choose from for any and all needed contracted professionals in an extremely timely manner. We hardly had to lift a finger......everything was taken care of. We couldn' t of been more thrilled. Tiffany also listed and sold our existing home. The home write up, the virtual tour/pictures were professional and really accented the great qualities of our home and really made it shine. I LOVED all the on-line tools offered to us. For folks on the go like we are, it was terrific to manage our showings, receiving instant feedback, as well as seeing real dashboard statistics on our listing!!! Tiffany was extremely professional and honest with us. Being a seller in today's market isn't nearly as fun or exciting as being the buyer...why because it's a buyer's market out there. We appreciated having an honest realtor who set our expectations in a realistic manner. Whenever I asked her opinion on the affectiveness of open houses, the real impact of price reductions, how best to negotiate or what our expectations should be on lead time to get an offer, she was honest with us. We appreciated that greatly!! Once we had an offer, she walked us step by step through the entire process. Did we get everything and anything we wanted out of the but it's a buyer's market out there and buyers know that when negotiating. I know this because I was buyer also!!! Tiffany offered creative solutions for us to help minimize the impact of some of our buyer's asks. I don't usually stick my nose into things, but I must comment on the other posted review. It is obvious by some of the statements made, that this buyer is not being honest with themselves on the conditions of the market today. Instead of some honest feedback about the business transaction at hand, this person has chosen to blame their realtor for every little thing they may be angry about. Too many times I see folks setting unrealistic expecations on what they think they can sell their home for. Tiffany has too much integrity to ever advise a client to unfarily reduce the price of a home or take the buyer's side on a situation just to speed up her commission. I've known her for a while now and she is one of the most honest people I know. Those statements are just completely rediculous... I completely understand the personal and intimate nature of selling one's home, and is it fair that market conditions today are dictacting that many of us are having to sell our homes for less that what we paid a short time ago? No....but do you really want a realtor who is going to fuel your unrealistic aspirations, leading you down wild goose chases, prolonging the inevitable or do you want a true professional who has command of the real estate market, will lay out all the facts (good and bad), provide sound advise, honest, timely feedback and then support whatever decision you make? I will take the later everytime. As I stated in my opening comments, I would without a doubt refer Tiffany Johannes to anyone and everyone I know!!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Huntersville, NC.
Tiffany was very nice to get the listing then there was very little contact other than an email here or there. Everything was automated. I did ALL my own Open Houses. She provided nothing except some printed sheets about the house and some very very small open house signs you could barely see. I did Open Houses EVERY weekend by myseld. When we finally did get a contract on the house she was very unclear on a lot of things and it was geared towards protecting the buyer not us. She called me so many times with more demands from the buyed and wanted me to give in to them and did nothing to help me or protect my interests in the house. She just wore me down that I always ended up giving in. I ended up calling the NC Realtor's Board and talking to an Attorney. He told me she did not tell me the truth about a lot of things. When it came time for negotiations, she was all about the buyer and I felt she was not representing us, the sellers. I did not trust her through out the whole process. I think her inexperience is an issue and her wanting to sell to make a commission got in the way of her being truthful. She seemed to be on the buyer's side wanting me to give, give, give. She had me so stressed out during the whole time that it was an awful experience. I would not recommend her at all, Or Help U Sell. Yes, they only take 1.75% and the other brokers take 3% so you end up paying 4.5%, but I would have rather gone the route of fsbo on the internet than them. Same products but without the hassel and you can do it and not deal with the stress. You also don't have to pay them for the pain they cause you. Trust me it is not the same as a full commission Realtor no matter what they tell you!!!!! If you don't have the equity in you home to paya Realtor go the route like I said fsbo on the internet they put you in the MLS and everything. Same thing that Realtors do.

In real estate, you simply can’t make every client happy. This is especially true in a “down” market, when tumbling real estate values will cause many Sellers to fall into denial about the value of their homes, and what is required to get them sold. While this feedback saddens me based upon the extra effort I took to ensure this closing occurred, it would be futile for me to attempt to launch a “defense” of this review. I sold this client’s home for 95% of the initial asking price in 66 days, which is an incredible outcome for any Seller in my area. I believe that the best response, is to ask that the reader take note of my positive reviews before passing judgment.
