Tilly was recommended to me by a colleague at work... we wanted to purchase a vacation home in the mountains where we could go skiing in the winter and enjoy the great outdoors during the dry season. Tilly found out exctly what we were looking for an directed us to a number of excellent properties. We found our paradise in one weekend! Since the purchase in 2006, Tilly has been the best realtor. She's kept our keys in her office for any fix that needs to be done when we're not in town. She purchases ski passes to all of the local resorts that she lets her clients use. Her other special touches include pumpkin pies at Thanksgiving. Tilly is not only thoughtful but a genuine person who cares about each and every one of her clients. Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $625K in Truckee, CA.Summary:
We met Tilly in 2007 when we were considering a place in the mountains as a second home. We didn't end up buying until 2009. My husband and I drove to the mountains on whim, called several agents and Tilly was the only one to call back. From that time going forward she has been amazing! We worked with her for months, dragging her through possibly every property we could possibly entertain and ended up buying in Truckee. We are thrilled with our purchase and the amount of effort Tilly put into the entire process. I would strongly recommend her to anyone interested in getting the job done with as little as hassle as possible.
