Tim was very helpful and he always get back to you quickly! He will show you whatever you want to see, and knows what he is talking about! Tim will show you a house whenever he can, Monday through Sunday at anytime you can make it work! He was very helpful and if he did not know the answer to your questions he would find out for you! I highly reccommend Timepeiece Real Estate & Tim Kundiger! We just got into our new house and we are loving every second of it!

Showed home in 2012 in Dunkirk, Opolis, KS 66762.
Tim was very friendly and helpful initially. After he showed us the homes we wanted to look at he showed us the homes he was building and tried to push one of them on us. Although they were not exactly like what we were looking for he kept pushing the homes. We ended up going with a different realtor after we didn't care for being pushed into specific homes. I ran across Tim at Wal-Mart one evening and although he was very polite, he asked if we found a home, which we did, and he asked where it was and who the realtor was. He then proceeded to tell me I made a dumb decision becuase the realtor I went with was a crook and the home I bought was junk and in a horrible part of the city. Thats the kind of thing I wanted to hear right after spending $129,999. Thanks but no thanks,

Hello, I truly can not think of who this might be. I am not a builder and therefore do not have any homes to "push". I'm also not the type of person who would do that nor would I ever insult a past, present, or future client. I have been through both the buying and selling process of a home with Tim Kundiger and I would highly recommend him to anyone!!! He is very knowledgeable but more importantly he is very aware of a clients needs in a home. He is very attentive and timely and truly wants to get you in the perfect home for you!!!!!! I was able to find the perfect house one day before Tim was to be on vacation, he reassured me that if this was the home for me we could still manage to make an offer and do all of the negotiations regardless of his vacation or not, still managing to enjoy his vacation with his family too! One month later we are all settle in and every day my girls tell me that they love our new home...to that I say "Thank you Tim, job well done!!!"

After my house had been on the market for some time, I met Tim at the Pittsburg Business Expo. I asked him if he thought he could sell my house. He said, Sure I can sell your house and he DID! Tim was very helpful in listing and selling my home in Arma KS. He gave me good advice in making some improvements and SOLD my house. The service was excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable in what it takes to get things done. He was very professional in his work. In addition, I was always able to contact him when I needed an update. He followed through. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone who needs Real Estate assistance.

We were not familiar with Pittsburg and were looking to purchase a rental home. We are grateful we stumbled onto Tim Kundiger and Timepiece Realty. Tim's excellence of service, knowledge, professionalism, and follow-through made the process seamless and a pleasure. I would highly recommend him!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Asbury, MO.
Tim worked with my wife and I to buy a home and 36 acres. He helped us negotiate the price down, and got the seller to throw in a fair amount of equipment that we'll need to work the place. The whole deal went really quickly, we made our offer and moved in less than a month later. I would recommend Tim.

Sold a Single Family home in 2008 in Pittsburg, KS.
Not only is Tim extremely knowledgable of all aspects of the real estate industry, he also has the down-to-earth, positive attitude and personality that makes home buying and/or selling stress free.
Tim was my agent when buying a new home, then managed the property when I had to leave town for work. In less than a month, he found respectable tenants to rent the property. In over the previous two years, the home had nearly zero vacancy due to Tim's property management skills and experience.
Tim was also my listing agent for my first (college) home. I had put my heart, soul, and many hours of elbow grease into remodeling and making the house my own. When it came time to sell, Tim helped me adjust the initial listing price of the home to where I would not price myself out of the market but be competitive with other houses in the area. The house sold in 2 weeks! I could not have done it without Tim's responsiveness and local knowledge of what buyer's were in the market for. I was extremely happy with the results!
Without a doubt or hesitation, I highly recommend Tim Kundiger to be your Listing Agent, Buyers Agent and/or Property Manager. I really do not think this man sleeps! He goes to work for you!
