I recently contracted Tim O'Leary to perform a home inspection and I could not be more thrilled with his service. He arrived a few minutes early and got right to work on the exterior of the home while awaiting my arrival. He welcomed me to walk around the house with him and ask him any questions I had. As he found areas of potential concern, he made sure that I saw and understood the problem, too.
