Excellent, personal and seamless service and care from both Tina and Steve both in front and behind the scenes. The most difficult and frustrating part of this whole process, and my only comp,ain't is completing this survey! This is my 3rd or 4th attempt! I tried from my work copter and the browser was not compatible; then you have to register with Zillion and set up an account. THEN, as if you haven't been tested enough, you have to meet the minimum word requirement to submit.
It is ONLY because of their excellent service I kept trying, otherwise I would have given up a long time ago.
Steve was excellent. He helped us close on our first home and everything went really smooth. Steve and his crew did an exceptional job getting us a great rate and we closed on time. We even checked out other places to compare rates but Steve gave us the best rate out of them all. Being first time home buyers he made this process easy and less stressful.

Tina and Steve Fingerman are top notch. They really treat your property as if they were selling their own. They are very knowledgeable and experienced. They are honest and do not try to talk you into accepting an offer that is not in your best interest. They were available whenever I had a question, day, night,or weekend. Tina and Steve are very dedicated and really make you feel like you are their only client. They know the market and how to sell houses. I listed my house with Tina and Steve in October and it was sold and closed by Thanksgiving!! Thank you Tina and Steve!! You are the BEST!!
I am sorry to say they never did contact me even though I had left them a couple of request so for that reason I would not recommend them> I feel if a phone call or even a email is to much effort then your not as interested in your business as you should be .

Hi, you inquired one time back in June regarding a rental which was not actually listed for rent in any MLS that we could find. We emailed you and informed you that we could not locate it for rent and that we do not typically handle rentals but rather focus on purchase and sale transactions. There is no other record of you contacting us and no voice mails were ever received from you. The great thing about Zillow is that all contacts are saved in our data base and that was your one and only contact. Perhaps you have confused us with someone else on Zillow?
I highly recommend Steve and Tina Fingerman. I found that Steve twice was able to help with a mortgage refinance and later purchase, when it seemed impossible. He was professional at all times and I could trust him to guide me thru the process. He was confident, knowledgeable of his area of expertise and made it all stress free. Misrepresented what would be done to refurbish our new used home. For starters, the crew he hired to do the job took no pride in anything they did. The house smells like cat urine left over from the previous tenants because the floor was not washed properly or at all before they laid down the new laminate floor, a doorstop was stuck in a hole on bedroom door and painted around it to camouflage the hole, hung coach lights over bird poop, house was not clean at time of move in, painted over existing lights in ceilings, left a tub with rust that could not be fixed and now must be replaced and the whole bath re-tiled, broken garage door, and the list goes on. The pool had to be resurfaced and now it has rust left behind from a corroded handle that nobody bothered to clean up, jet caps taken, pool light left broken, holes in birdcage even though we were told that they were replaced. There is so much that was not done and we were constantly told that we were over his budget. He made a big profit at our expense.My spouse and I are both disabled vets and had high hopes for a nice home to spend our retirement instead we will be spending our retirement trying to make everything right.

I am so deeply saddened to read this review, for starters Tina never represented or met these buyers in any fashion. Steve was merely just the seller. I can not fathom how an individual would attempt use his or her disability in an attempt to bully the seller into making more repairs, that were never agreed upon. I find this extremely appalling. Cyber bullying me into making more free repairs into your home is absurd. The buyer was given a specific list of improvements to be done which they agreed to. In addition to their agreed upon list, many other improvements were done that went considerably above and beyond our agreements. This is a classic case of giving a mile and attempting to extort 10. These buyers were given a completely resurfaced pool with a 8 year warranty, ( not part of our original agreement) A pool light was never agreed upon. This review is bogus. If you have read it, call us and mention "bogus review" and we will give you a $500.00 credit toward your closing.

Found us exactly what we were looking for. Helped guide us all the way from negotiations, inspections, etc. all the way through closing. Since we were still living out-of-state at the time and could not be present after the initial contract, they handled everything from that point on. We had no choice but to rely on their expertise and they never let us down. They did not make any promises that they did not keep. The home we purchased was a Fannie Mae foreclosure that had been unoccupied for a long time, but was pretty much in move in condition. They laid out a successful strategy for us to secure a winning bid, but still acquire the home for what we wanted to pay. I have recommended Steve and Tina to others since then and would not hesitate to do so again. I have a sister who lives out-of-state and wants to relocate to the same area, and she is looking forward to working with Steve and Tina as well.

From my personal experience, Tina prides herself to giving her all to every customer, taking into account each individual need and situation and making sure that complete customer satisfaction is achieved in every transaction. She is experienced and works extensively with Repaired Sinkhole Properties in her area. Florida is known for its beautiful beaches and sunny skies. It is also known to have expansive areas of swamp lands and areas of land that has lost underground water supply which is the main cause of sink holes. These situations are carefully examined by Engineers who do soil testing and examine structures and where they are compromised. Reports are done to determine the severity of a compromised area. With these studies, areas are able to be corrected and stabilized (including under homes and buildings; foundation stabilization). Once a building has been stabilized it is one of the most desired structures to invest in, hereby creating more of a demand for “Repaired Sinkhole properties” with the peace of mind that the property has been examined by an Engineer and stabilization has been complete. Also another desirable fact about purchasing a home already repaired is that there is no need to have extra sinkhole insurance, which is almost impossible to attain and extremely costly if attained at all.

Tina did a fantastic job on selling me a house and really new the area in showing me properties and made the home buying process very easy. Tina is a great person and always put the customer first. She went way out of her way to help me and my family find a new home. Steve made the financial part go very smoothly and was able to get great deals and really work with me to get a good deal.
