Tom has sold millions of dollars worth of residential Real Estate in the Greater Boston area. Savings for each of his clients have been on average in the thousands. He was awarded the Emerald Service Award, for Top sales performance, two years in a row and his office was a three year recipient of The Quality Service Award-an industry standard of excellence.. “ I have always had a hand in real estate, owning and managing rental properties. I bought my first home when I was 25.”

    Where were born and raised:
Tom grew up on a horse and cattle farm in Ohio. My family traveled extensively summering in New England, on the mid- coast of Maine and wintering in the Florida Keys. “We spent so much time in beautiful places as a child, I really developed an eye for distinctive and unique property even at an early age.”

Career prior to real estate: Prior to moving to Boston, Tom was a Lead Wilderness Instructor for Hurricane Island Outward Bound School, facilitating students decision making capabilities in stressful situations while maintaining their emotional and physical safety. In what city do you live:
I split my time between my homes in Boston’s South End and the Ipswich Country Club on the North Shore. This gives me a great prospective personally and professionally as I am knowledgeable about the both in-town and suburban markets. I check the markets daily and enjoy sharing my knowledge with my clients.
Parts of your personality that make you a good agent:
I treat every client as an individual and realize that every one of my clients brings a unique perspective to the table. I try to understand where they are coming from and then work hard to exceed their expectations. You will have the added benefit of working with a full time broker who understands your needs when buying, selling, or relocating. I am by nature inquisitive and come up with creative solutions. I am a communicator and I do what I say I am going to do.
