kskrable,I own a rental right behind this house on Victoria.  My Wife and our kids lived in that house from 1994 till 2007.  I know the neighborhood well and would pass that house on my nightly jogs.If you are looking at the "Zestimates" then don't worry.  The algorithm that calculates the "Zestimate"  is very sporadic in getting the values right.  The house on Sycamore is worth less.  The busy street is a big time negative to the Sycamore value.  Heywood is busy too and is not considered an "A" location street, but it is nowhere near as bad as living on Sycamore in terms of traffic and noise. Also the Heywood house being bigger would create a higher value as well.  This is just the quirks of the "Zestimate" system.

Why does my listing have some one who is not the listing agent on the listing

Print out he page showing the agent information and file a complaint with the board.  Make sure if it is coming from the valley to send the complaint to SRAR.  After you print out the page you can then go in and take over the listing.If it is an agent I know. I'd give them a call first and let them know that I was not too happy and probably move on, but if it is an agent I don't know they are getting turned in.

how long before we can buy again?

Emily,There are many factors involved.  If your middle FICO score credit drops below a 620 then FHA financing will not be available.  Also the creditor that shorted your mortgage will notate your credit report about the settlement.  I was just in this discussion yesterday and still looking for the answer.Ted MackelKeller Williams HomeBuysBlog.com

Central Heating and Air Conditioning?

Well it did at one time. The Owners ripped out the two units when they were foreclosed on by the bank. I was in the house last Saturday. It had a dual zone HVAC system, so both units need to be replaced. They also took out eh stove and oven. There have been a ton of buyers looking at the house. why no consideration for the larger lot size?

Because the banks are running scared.  Appraisals are scrutinized and unless you have very recent sales in your tract to prove the value you want, you will be very frustrated.  The bank perceives a risk related to the value of your home.  Prove to them your value is a low risk and you will get your re-fi or your buyer will get their loan.Ted Mackelwww.homebuysblog.com

How do I get erroneous information such as city and physical location of my home corrected?

Gary,There should be a little icon of a flag on the detail page of the listing that will let you flag the content as irrelevent and then in your description you can explain what the issue is.

birds eye view photo

Answer
You should claim your home as the owner and upload the photos you want to show off the outside and even inside of your home.  It is very evpensive to fly the satellites over areas to photo map.  What ever service Zillow subscribes to, I am pretty sure that the cost is too high to update the photo maps regularly.
